I am available to see clients in-person at The M.A.D. Therapy in Bettendorf, Iowa on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
I am availble to see clients living in Iowa via telehealth on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Insurances I accept include: Aetna, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, BlueCross and BlueShield, Iowa Total Care, Medicaid, Molina Healthcare, Optum, United Medical Resources, UnitedHealthcare, Wellmark BCBS, and Wellpoint | Amerigroup.
I also accept out of network insurance and private pay.
